Designed for True Plug-and-Play Deployment

A key advantage of SSD014 is how easily it can be deployed. The device is fully battery-powered and does not require external wiring or infrastructure, which significantly reduces installation time and complexity.

Its compact enclosure allows it to be placed discreetly in a wide range of environments, while the external probe—connected via a durable 1-meter cable—adds flexibility in measurement. The probe is designed to handle airflow-based sensing while protecting the sensing element from moisture, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

This plug-and-play approach makes the sensor especially valuable in environments where quick deployment and minimal setup are essential.

Long Battery Life for Extended Operation

SSD014 is engineered for long-term use with minimal maintenance. Powered by a single CR-123 battery, the device can operate for up to four years depending on usage conditions.

This extended battery life allows the sensor to be deployed in remote or hard-to-access locations without frequent intervention. Combined with its low-power BLE communication, it ensures that monitoring remains uninterrupted over long periods.

Built to Perform in Real Environments

Durability is a core part of the SSD014 design. The sensor is housed in an IP67-rated enclosure and supports an operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C, allowing it to function reliably in challenging environments.
